How we handle your information.
A plain-language summary of how Moss Dental collects and uses the information you share with us, most relevantly, through our appointment request form.
What we collect
When you submit an appointment request, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, whether you're a new or existing patient, the treatment you're interested in, your preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to add. We don't ask for medical history, medical aid details or identification numbers through this form.
Why we collect it
Solely to process and follow up on your appointment request, to contact you, check availability with our practice team, and confirm a time that works.
How we use it
Your information is used only for this request and any related contact from our team. Submitting a request is not permission to send marketing messages, that's always a separate, optional choice.
Who can see it
Only authorised Moss Dental staff involved in scheduling appointments. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to process your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then it's deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under South Africa's POPIA, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.
